Dentapreg® PINPost flexible fiber post for reliable dental restorations.

Revolutionise your dental restorations with Dentapreg® PINPost – aerospace-grade glass reinforced composite pinposts, flexible enough to respect very variable anatomy of root canals and fill any type of space incrementally, also offering more surface area for the crown to hold onto, and seamlessly bonding with common composites.

Dentapreg® PINPost application for strong and aesthetic dental restorations.

The fiber-reinforcement disperses occlusal forces without being too rigid for residual hard dental tissues and PINPosts do not require enlarging the preparation in a straight line possibly weakening the root wall and subsequently leading to stress concentration and `wedge effect` root fractures.

Dentapreg® PINPost distributes occlusal forces for durable root canal restorations.

Using Dentapreg® PINPosts means less invasivity and chair time for patient and less preparation and faster work progress for you. All that with more natural results reducing the risk of fractures and thus enhancing your patient satisfaction.

DENTAPREG INNOVATION: RESTORE TEETH WITH CONFIDENCE AND EASE

Dentapreg is the perfect tool for biomimetic dentistry. For composite restoration to be successful there needs to be precise imitation of the original structure of the tooth. Two innovative products – Dentapreg® UFM and Dentapreg® PINPost – have been developed to do just that.
The toughness of Dentapreg®’s unique fiber-glass, light-curing stretchable strip, allied with its ability to adapt perfectly to any shape of dental crown, make it indispensable for any minimally invasive dentistry toolkit. For restorations of all sizes and complexity, Dentapreg® is able to mimic the tooth’s dentinoenamel junction (DEJ) – as a result, occlusal forces are spread across the crown, thus preventing cracks and boosting the longevity of large restorations.
And when you need to reconstruct teeth following endodontic treatment or the fracturing of vital teeth, look no further than the Dentapreg® PINPost for fast, risk-free crown retention.

POST BUILD-UP

Dentapreg® PINPosts present a new solution to minimally invasive, fast, and risk-free crown retention ideal for teeth after endodontic treatment. They are so thin and flexible that it’s not a problem for them to adapt to the root curvature – drilling the root canal is no longer necessary. With only 0.45mm width of Dentapreg® PINPosts, the dentist is able to use more pins in one pulp chamber creating greater retention capabilities, respecting the original biomechanics of the tooth and consequently avoiding the risk of root fracture. These pins make process of reconstructing the tooth faster and easier than the traditional posts – whether you need a post and core build-up or a parapulpally retained restoration.

Testimonials

Dr. Jeffrey Hoos

Chief Dentist in Connecticut, USA, affiliated with leading dental and facial esthetics academies.

Doing beautiful restorative dentistry, based on great science, with a business model in mind, enhances the ability to have a successful practice. Dentapreg® restorative and prosthetic materials ensure that the BALANCE is achieved.  Would not want to practice without Dentapreg®.

Dr. Eric van Zytveld

University of Colorado, School of Dentistry, Private Practitioner, Denver, Colorado, USA

Dentapreg fiber-reinforced composites have been an important part of my practice for over eleven years.  The SFM reinforced periodontal splints and PFM reinforced anterior bridges have given years of service.  In October 2023, I examined a periodontal splint from tooth #22 to tooth #27 which was placed in March 2013. The splint has never broken and the only maintenance was reattaching tooth #23 to the splint in November 2017.  An anterior bridge to replace tooth #23 was placed in July 2014 and is still performing well.

Dr. Hana Hubálková

Associate Professor at Charles University, Prague, leading in prosthodontics and member of European associations.

Dentapreg® is a comprehensive set of construction composite materials. These materials are widely used in dentistry, mainly due to their excellent mechanical characteristics. They can be advantageously used as splints, framework structures of adhesive bridges, reinforcements of temporary fixed bridges, reinforcements of fixed and removable restorations including hybrids anchored on implants, reinforcements of radices and completion of destroyed clinical tooth crowns. The Dentapreg® system meets the requirements of both esthetic and minimally invasive dentistry

Dr. Nikhil Bahuguna

Director and Chief Dentist at Demystifying Smiles, Noida, India, with international dental qualifications and leadership roles.

Restorative dentistry, a name synonymous with BioMimetic Dentistry requires the use of materials and techniques mimicking nature. The use of stress reducing and dissipating materials like the Dentapeg® fiber reinforcement has made a huge difference in the bio-mechanical outlook of doing restorations in my practice. The physical properties which match the natural flexure give stronger and longer lasting core restorations and the minimally invasive radicular reinforcement protecting against cracks and fractures of the tooth-restoration complex  is the biggest asset in saving the teeth for long term success.
